Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, delays caused by shipping carriers, or preference-related concerns.

Processing & Handmade Production Time
All candles are handmade by a single candle maker to ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
Because each item is made to order, processing times may vary depending on order volume, especially during viral product demand or high-volume periods.
Orders may take up to 4 weeks to be created and shipped.

Shipping & Carrier Responsibility
We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Sh
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier and scanned into their system, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.
All shipments include up to $100 of carrier insurance coverage, depending on the selected shipping service.
We are not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Lost packages once shipped
• Packages marked as delivered but not received
• Damage that occurs during transit
These issues must be resolved directly through the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items (Carrier Claims Only)
We carefully package all fragile items to minimize damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Photos of packaging (inside and outside of box)
• Description of the damage
We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. All decisions regarding approval, denial, and reimbursement are made solely by the carrier and are typically issued directly by them once approved.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but it cannot be located, please contact your local carrier immediately. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

Order Changes & Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
All orders begin processing immediately after purchase due to the handmade nature of our products and production scheduling.

All items are handmade and may include slight variations in color, texture, shape, or finish. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Do items look EXACTLY as pictured?
- Our products are made with 100% wax no two candles look exactly alike. Our #1 priority is realism and quality!
My product doesn’t look as pictured can I get a refund?
- Our main priority is quality and realism all of our products are made with 100% wax therefore it can change appearance overtime. We try our best to get each candle to look exactly as pictured but , no refunds will be given due to appearance change in transit this is very rare but can happen.
Are your products edible?
- Our products are NOT EDIBLE DO NOT CONSUME! Millennium Scents is not held responsible for any consumption that occurs. Each candle is made of 100% wax we will NEVER use actual food in our candles. Upon checking out you agree to these terms.
Do you take requests or do customization?
- Yes we do take request to add different styles to the menu! Send us a email millenniumscents@gmail.com we love hearing from you guys! We don’t take customizations on a day to day basis due to order volume but if it’s a slow season we can accommodate.
