To better assist you, please note:

All candles are handmade to order
- Processing times may take up to 4 weeks depending on order volume
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled
- Shipping delays, lost packages, or transit damage must be handled through the carrier claims process
We kindly ask that you review our policies before emailing, as most questions are answered there.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or has an issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item(s)
- Photos of packaging (inside and outside box)
- Description of the issue
We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Response Time
We typically respond within 24–72 business hours. During high-volume periods or launches, response times may be slightly longer.
